Good location.

Check-in staff were really friendly - also most of the staff in the restaurant were nice and efficient. Good value for money and close to the beach.

Lifts were quite small and slow for such a big building. One was out of service for a day which made getting back to my room quite tricky. Also both pools were closed for one of the days.

Super staff

The absolute best staff ever. They are always happy and ready to help. They chat a bit if you want, and have great recommendations. The pool on the top is not amazing, but it's where you have sun in the morning. The beds are comfortable and the shower has good pressure. The breakfast is not the best, a lot of variety but focused on the UK and German clients (salad Bar, bread, fried bacon eggs and sausages) , the chocolate croissants are amazing. The juices are not natural and a bit acid. But overall it's okay, I would just skip the eggs as they are the worst I ever had. Again, the staff is the super star of this whole hotel!

Value for money is ok for short stay, but if it is planned for week, better search more comform

beds are good, it is clean and organized- The breakfast is not bed, i personally as a vegetarian had something to eat, not million of things, but still. I never tried the pools, because the access to them was closed at the rainy day and then just didn't have time or motivation. Then place is really close to the beach, but not on the first line, so there is no view, but it is ok as a value for money.

The elevator works randomly, you never know if it will come or not, and it does not come to the 10th floor, where the pool is, so i was not able to check it up. The bathroom facilities are a bit old, but the hotel doesnt promise a luxury, so i guess it is fine, but so you just be aware.

A pleasant stay spoiled by a bathroom that clearly needed renewed.

Staff all really good, helpful, pleasant and were brilliant and booked me my taxi to the airport which I had been quite worried would be a stressful experience but sorted in a matter of seconds, fantastic!

The toilet in the room was leaking on my arrival and someone came in to the room while I was there to try and fix it - an intrusion of privacy especially since I informed the hotel in advance that I was coming in the early afternoon. The maintenance man kept coming in and out of the room and stayed for about 10 - 15 minutes and then left but the problem was not sorted. I ended up having to put fresh towels on the floor to stop the leaking around the base where the toilet connects to the floor. The bathroom really needed renewed, especially the bath and grouting around it which were in a terrible state and whilst it was clean didn't give a great impression of a supposed 3 star hotel.

The rooms are very clean and tidy,

The all inclusive does not include alcoholic drinks except 3 glasses of wine wth lunch. The food was very hit and miss and not very much selection. The location and views are not good at all, but only a short walk to the beachfront.

Good hotel with nice service and sympathetic staffs.

The hotel was nice, with the swimming pools,bar and games to play, nice breakfast and dinner, staffs were all friendly, close distance from the beach

It's hard to find a place to park the car and maybe this is something they can not change, it is quite central area and the streets are always busy and parking lots are no so much. I found the room was below the standards I expected for such hotel. It could be a simple room, apart from sleeping we have not spend much time there anyway , but it could be in better condition. The wardrobe was very small and the doors with the mirror were stuck and we could not open it more than 1/3, the bathroom had some lose tiles, shower space too small and shower too hard to control the temperature.

The organization in the hotel was bad, when we came to the reception, they told us they have no free rooms because their capacity is full. We made our reservation two months before. So they sent us to their other hotel in the city and as compensation they promised us all inclusive instead of half board. In other hotel there was long queue and the slowest receptionist I have ever seen. There were three receptionist and just one of them did check-in. His check-in pace was terrible and didn’t care about the annoyed waiting people. Moreover we did on-line check-in before to save time and make it easy however it was useless and we had to do whole process and would also expect him to speak English ať this work place. And the receptionist didn’t know about the compensation promised, if we didn’t tell him, we didn’t get it. So this experience wasn’t good and their should improve the organisation and any manager should be there to supervise the employees as it is a huge hotel.

The staff was friendly, free breakfast was decent, clean rooms with air conditioning and a small pool on the 10th floor. Small convenience store right across the street, a bus stop to Palma nearby, and the beach is only a 10-minute walk away from the hotel. Basically, what you expect from a three star hotel.

For whatever reason, they had only one working elevator, which for a hotel that big is extremely uncomfortable and downright unacceptable. I lived on the 9th floor and have a bad knee due to an injury, so because of that, walking up the stairs wasn't an option. And because so many people used the elevator simultaneously, you had to often wait some time until you can get to your destination, and it would often be too crowded to use. The Hotel seemed to be in no hurry to fix the issue even a week later. Also a lot of drunk tourists screaming outside. But that is to be expected from a town with so many bars and clubs.
